Service details
Japanese auto auctions are closed markets for professionals. Individuals from overseas cannot directly participate in bidding. Therefore, our company, with its membership qualifications, will bid on your behalf.
We will explain the process and conditions for our proxy bidding service.
- 1.Membership Registration

Membership is free. Please register your company (or individual) information using the registration form. Upon joining, you will receive an ID, allowing you to view auction data.
- 2.Selecting Your Desired Vehicle

View the auction data from the membership login page and select your desired vehicle. We will translate the auction data sheet to assist with vehicle selection. Please provide the listing number of your desired vehicle.
We will also provide information on successful bids for your desired make, model, year, and condition.
- 3.Deposit Payment

A deposit of 100,000 yen is required in advance for our bidding service. With this deposit, the maximum bid price is 1,000,000 yen. If you wish to bid a higher amount, a deposit of 10% of your desired bid amount is required.
- 4.Bidding

Please provide the auction vehicle number and your desired maximum bid price via the Bidding Form. We will bid on your behalf within your stated maximum price. If the successful bid is below your stated maximum price, you will not be charged the difference.
- 5.Auction Results Notification

Regardless of whether your bid is successful or unsuccessful, we will notify you of the auction results for the vehicle you bid on as soon as they are available. If you successfully bid, we will attach a detailed estimate including the winning bid price, inland transportation costs to the shipping port yard, sea freight to your desired destination country/port, insurance, and our commission. - 6.Payment

Please transfer the payment to our bank account based on the estimate (pro forma invoice). If you intend to continue participating in future auctions, please pay the total amount at this time. If you are an individual and your objective is complete with this successful bid, please offset the deposit against the payment.
- 7.Shipment Preparation

Once we confirm receipt of the payment, we will proceed with the necessary procedures for shipment. This includes booking the vessel, arranging land transport to the shipping port yard, processing export deregistration, and conducting export inspections if necessary.
- 8.Departure

Once the vessel departs, we will send the Bill of Lading (B/L), Invoice, Export Deregistration Certificate, English translation of the Export Deregistration Certificate, and insurance policy via international courier service.
- 9.Arrival

Upon arrival of the vessel, please proceed with customs clearance through the local customs broker. Please handle any necessary local regulations, proceed with territory registration, and obtain the license plate.
